Redefine starting philosophy

Happiness is too generic. The original post is fundamentally correct but with the following clarifying colloraries.

Be yourself happy.-----------------------------Obtain inner peace.

Bring fourth happiness in those you love.----Maintain inner peace in those you love.

Encourage happiness in strangers.------------Reduce the stress and discord of strangers.

I see "happiness" as only one of several emotional states of a person's beingness.

Could you agree that happiness in part is a product of one's ability to pose and resolve a problem?

I guess I could write a whole blog on your "starting philosophy", but I am more interested in writing about events that have shaped my life.

Be good and take care my friend.

Tarineus, I agree that happiness is one of several emotional states. I also agree that all emotional states are an important part of life. This blog will be my journey to inner peace. I will address each point in turn and experience it. Learn from it. This is my think tank. I want to be able to review my journey and learn from it.

Your input is much appreciated and I hope you will visit again because although I consider this a self reflective blog. I find it refreshing to percieve my thoughts from a different perspective.
